Registration fee of $825 for physician assistants and $1025 for other healthcare providers includes all course materials and syllabus, breakfasts, lunches, welcoming reception, two dinners, and transportation from hotel to conference site. The AAPA has negotiated a block of rooms from January 10-17, 2010 at the Hilton Garden Inn, 1749 Scott Blvd in Temple, Texas and at the Fairfield Inn, 1402 H.K. Dodgen Loop in Temple, Texas.
Please call the Hilton Garden Inn at 1-254-773-0200 or Fairfield Inn at 1-254-771-3030 to make your reservations. Be sure to ask for the American Academy of Physician Assistants room block.
This room block will be held until DECEMBER 20, 2009. We cannot guarantee the group rate after this date.
Airport Shuttle Information
Transportation between the Killen-Fort Hood Regional Airport, Waco Regional Airport, or Austin airport is available through ANS SHUTTLE service. You must call 254-690-6725 for a reservation. Please tell them you are part of the American Academy of Physician Assistants group going to Scott and White. They will have a list of registrants’ names. All transportation arrangements and fees are made directly with ANS.
