Here are the scheduling criteria for AAPA's Chapter Lecture Series:
• CLS sessions should not be scheduled on the first or last day of a conference
• CLS sessions should not be scheduled during the first or last time slots of the day
• CLS sessions should not run concurrently with other sessions
• CLS sessions must be held in the same facility as the majority of the conference
If you are interested in participating, please fill out the information form provided below with the date and time you would prefer the lecture be scheduled. The lecture will be presented in 60 minutes. Once a speaker is assigned to your meeting, you will be provided with that speaker's contact information to finalize the presentation date and time. All speaker costs will be paid directly by the AAPA and you will receive the stipend described above from AAPA once we are in receipt of your completed evaluation form. Your organization must acknowledge the support of these sessions by AAPA and the supporting company in your promotional materials and on-site materials and introductions.
