Nicole Wilson - Western Regional Chair

WilsonNicole Wilson grew up in Hollister, California, and is currently a second year PA student at University of California, Davis, where she serves as the Assembly of Representatives representative for her PA program. She received her B.A. in International Communications with minors in Business, Italian, Biology, Public Relations, and Journalism from Pacific Union College. She completed her Masters Degree in Health Education while she worked as a medical assistant in Family Practice and Ophthalmology. She has a passion for both the educational and clinical aspects of healthcare. Nicole has been on international mission trips to Thailand, Mexico, and parts of Europe. She loves to travel, ski, snowboard, golf, cook, and read.

Corey Wright - South Central Regional Chair
Wright

Corey Wright was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma and graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2001 (Bachelor of Science in Zoology) and 2005 (Master of Science in Exercise Science).  He is currently in his second year of PA school at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  Prior to PA school, Corey worked as a Personal Trainer, a Fitness Specialist and as an Exercise Physiologist for the CDC's State-based Nutrition and Physical Activity Program to Prevent Obesity. Whenever he can sneak away from campus, he loves cycling, soccer, running with his dog, and anything that takes him outside.

Christopher Roman - North Central Regional Chair

Christopher Roman is currently in his second year of Physician Assistant training at Midwestern University's Illinois campus. He grew up outside of Chicago, and earned a BS in biology with a philosophy minor from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. He then worked for four years in a neuroscience laboratory at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he earned a Masters degree in 2008. In his spare time, Christopher enjoys cooking, going to the movies, and spending time at home with his wife.

Adam DeMey - Northeastern Regional Chair
DeMeyAdam DeMey was born and raised at the "Jersey Shore," in Toms River, NJ.  He graduated from Rowan University in 2008 with his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry.  At the present time, he is in his second year of PA school at Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ.  There he served as the AOR representative in 2008-2009.  Whenever free, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, and doing outdoor activities.

Whitney Jeffrey - Southeastern Regional Chair

Whitney_Jeffrey_-_New_SmWhitney Jeffrey is currently a first-year PA student at South University in Savannah, Georgia.  She was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina and completed her undergraduate studies at the College of Charleston with a bachelor's degree in Health and Human Performance and a concentration in Exercise Science.  In between completing her undergraduate degree and beginning PA school, she worked as a Wellness Consultant and Exercise Specialist for an Active Lifestyle community at a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Mt. Pleasant, SC.   In her free time, she enjoys offshore fishing, boating, traveling, running and playing with her dog, Tucker.

Lisa Streit - PA Foundation Marketing/Communications Committee Representative

Lisa Streit is a second year student at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.  She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in biology and environmental studies in 2004.  While her college education has taken place in Wisconsin, she is originally from central Minnesota.  Prior to PA school, Lisa served as an AmeriCorps VISTA in southern Maine and worked at the American Red Cross in Minneapolis/St. Paul.  After graduating in May 2010, Lisa is interested in pursuing a career in family practice or orthopedics.

Vickie Lisowski- PAEA Student Member at Large
Lisowski

Though she still remains a faithful cheese head from Wisconsin, Vickie Lisowski has spent most of her life growing up in Las Vegas, Nevada. She has a Bachelor's degree in biology from the University of Nevada and Master's degree in medical science from Boston University Medical School. Currently she is in her third year at Touro University-Nevada and will graduate in December of 2009. In her spare time she enjoys hanging out with her family, friends and dog, Otis. She also enjoys playing volleyball, traveling to exciting places, cooking, camping, hiking, and a number of other outdoor activities.
