Join us for morning fitness, led by fellow PAs! Classes are open to all and are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Cardio Kickboxing

The ultimate ab-defining cardio challenge combines traditional kickboxing moves with high-intensity interval training set to dance music. Join the party for an unbelievable calorie burn.

SOULfusion

Sunday, May 21
6 – 6:45 a.m.

Meet your soulmate workout! SOULfusion has elements of yoga, Pilates, and barre. Each class is a creative blend of yoga-inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences, and body weight strength training exercises all set to crazy fun music. It offers modifications for all levels. SOULfusion improves strength, balance, and flexibility, and can help improve overall fitness levels. It is driven by music, movement, and motivation. SOULfusion is all of your favorite workouts wrapped into ONE!

PA Boot Camp

Monday, May 22
6 – 6:45 a.m.

This is a total body strength and conditioning group fitness class with a little bit of cardio thrown in for fun. There are no weights or special equipment, just your own body weight. Modifications will be shown for all fitness levels.

Kukuwa® Dance Class

Kukuwa® African Dance Workout is not just a workout – it will take you on an exotic African Expedition, pumping fun through your veins, burning crazy calories, and sweating buckets. Start getting in the best shape of your life by dancing to the infectious music, rhythms, and dances from all over Africa.

It’s the last day of the conference, so let’s leave on a positive and mindful note! Never done yoga before? That’s okay! This class is open to everyone.
