Pick up your registration badge and other materials onsite during the following times at the George R. Brown Convention Center, Level 2, Avenida Balcony.

- Sunday, May 19, 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Monday, May 20, 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.

There will also be satellite badge pick-up kiosks available during the following times and locations:

Shuttles
We will be offering shuttle transportation to and from certain hotels during the conference dates. Check out the shuttle schedule for more details. You can find the shuttle tracker here.
Shuttles will run to and from various official conference hotels for PA Night Out on Monday, May 20.

Lost & Found
Lost & Found will be located in the George. R Brown Convention Center, Level 2, room 211 (AAPA Show Management HQ), and will be open throughout the conference dates.
Coat and Luggage Storage
Coat and luggage check will be offered during the conference on Tuesday, May 21 and Wednesday, May 22. Please note that the George R. Brown Convention Center is a cashless venue.
AAPA 2024 App
The AAPA 2024 Conference App is available to download through the App Store and Google Play. All registered attendees can login with their AAPA username and password to build their session schedule, add exhibitors, participate in the Scavenger Hunt, access floor plans and more. You can also access the online My Conference Planner.
Attire
Conference attire is business casual. Dressing in layers is recommended since the temperature in meeting rooms can vary.
Don’t forget to show off your school spirit on Monday, May 20 for PA School Spirit Day.

- Energize your morning or enjoy an afternoon pick-me-up at Expo Eats on Sunday, May 19 from 9:30 – 11 a.m. and 3 – 4:30 p.m. and Monday, May 20 from 1:30 – 3 p.m.
- Grab your morning complimentary coffee in the Attendee Lounge on Level 2.
- Inside the George R. Brown Convention Center, you can also visit the following restaurants or concessions:
- Grotto Ristorante located on Level 1 outside of Hall A
