Info you need to know
- Membership must be active through 5/31/25 to receive member rates.
- Discount for staying in an AAPA hotel must be for a 2-night minimum stay and reservation must be made through AAPA site.
- *Registration does not include CME.
- +Registration does not include a ticket to PA Night Out. Tickets are available for purchase during registration.
- **Fellow Premium members attending the conference must book in the official AAPA hotel block for a minimum two-night stay during registration to receive the advertised complimentary conference rate. Premium members attending the conference that do not book in the official AAPA hotel block will be charged an additional $200 registration fee.

Many PA Programs or employers offer financial assistance for professional conferences like AAPA 2025. You can use the letter templates below to personalize your request for financial assistance.
#Scholarships for PA Student and Pre-PA Members
Conference attendees are given the opportunity to donate funds to support PA students and Pre-PAs who otherwise might not be able to pay for their conference registration fee. If you believe you are eligible for these funds, submit an application below. See guidelines/restrictions here.
Due to limited applicants, we are extending the Pre-PA Scholarship application deadline to 11:59 PM on Tuesday, April 1, 2025.
