Wisconsin Enacts Long-Awaited PA Practice Act Updates

Wisconsin PAs celebrated the enactment of long-awaited updates to their state’s PA practice act when Governor Tony Evers signed Act 23 into law. This legislation is the product of over five years of diligent work by the Wisconsin Academy of PAs.

Idaho Enacts Improvements to PA Practice Act

Idaho Governor Brad Little signed legislation last week that gives PAs greater flexibility to meet the needs of patients without unnecessary administrative and regulatory burdens. SB 1093, led by the Idaho Academy of PAs, moves to a collaborative practice environment for PAs.
